This transformational \u00a3100-million project is already half-funded by the University. But we urgently need your help to raise the remaining \u00a350 million<\/strong>. By supporting the IMI, you\u2019ll be at the heart of innovation, joining a global community of donors, dedicated to tackling the world\u2019s most pervasive and deadly diseases. Your philanthropy has the power to change and save lives, to restore lost sight, lost memories and to help children with life-threatening allergies breathe freely. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We know that without you, there is no IMI.<\/strong> Through the IMI giving groups, to recognise your generous gift, we\u2019ll keep you updated about progress of the build, as well as the big research breakthroughs as they happen. Whether it\u2019s a new drug for a hard-to-treat cancer, a game-changing test for early detection of eye disease, or a device to make life easier for dementia patients, you\u2019ll hear it from us first. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

All donors giving over \u00a310,000 will become part of our IMI giving groups, a community of supporters helping to bring the IMI project to life. Throughout the five-year campaign, you will receive additional updates on our fundraising progress, new developments from our frontline research teams, and the impact of your support. We will share these through dedicated communications, events and opportunities to visit and see the work taking shape. At the end of the campaign you\u2019ll receive a special report celebrating the progress you have enabled, and be invited to attend an event celebrating the opening of the building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
