GETTING STARTED

Step 1: Choose your fundraising activity
Pick something you’ll enjoy – from baking and running to hosting an event. Think about your time, budget and who you can involve. Make sure it is achievable and fun.

Step 2: Set up your JustGiving Page
Create and personalise your page with your fundraising story, photos, and an ambitious target. You can share regular updates to keep supporters engaged. Create your page at justgiving.com/campaign/imi and click the “Start fundraising” button.

Step 3: Spread the word
Start with friends, family and colleagues, then share your fundraising page through social media, email, and word of mouth.

Step 4: Get prepared
Make a simple checklist of everything you’ll need, including timings, materials and any volunteer roles. Promote your fundraiser in advance so people know how they can get involved or donate.

Step 5: Have fun!
Enjoy your fundraiser, take photos and share updates. Keep reminding people why you’re fundraising and, most importantly, have fun!

Step 6: Celebrate your achievements and thank your supporters
